AI usage policy

How Aisle uses AI across its platform and educational content — where AI assists, where humans own the substance, and how we validate claims.

Where AI assists our work

Aisle uses AI internally for proofreading, link checking, accessibility audits, and to accelerate research. We also use AI inside the product — for example, assistive drafting in the in-app help assistant and structured search across our help library.

AI helps us move faster. It does not decide what is true.

Where humans own the substance

Every educational article, calculator, benchmark, and case study on Aisle is written, structured, and reviewed by a named human author and a separate named reviewer. AI-generated drafts are not published as articles.

Recommendations, pricing ranges, and editorial opinions reflect the judgement of working wedding content creators and Aisle's editorial team — not a language model.

How we validate educational claims

Numerical claims and pricing ranges are checked against public sources, interviews with working creators, and — where applicable — anonymised platform observations. We name the source for each end of a range whenever we can.

When evidence shifts, we update the article, change the updated date, and add an editor's note describing the change at the bottom of the page.

Your data and AI

We do not train third-party AI models on creator galleries, client lists, or private uploads. In-product AI features (such as the help assistant) process only the conversation context required to answer the immediate question.

If you have concerns about a specific AI feature, write to hello@aisle.studio and we will explain exactly how it works.
