Terms of Service

You need an Aisle account to use the platform. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account.

You agree to use Aisle for lawful purposes, to respect the rights of your clients, and to follow the acceptable use guidelines below.

You own everything you upload to Aisle. We claim no ownership of your photos, videos, or client deliverables. We only process them to provide the service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices, plan limits, and currencies are shown at checkout and may change with reasonable notice.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Annual subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet used the service in a meaningful way.

Don't use Aisle to upload illegal content, infringe third-party rights, harass anyone, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

We may apply reasonable rate limits, storage limits, and fair-use thresholds to keep the platform fast and reliable for everyone.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

The Aisle name, logo, software, and design are owned by Aisle Studio. These terms don't grant you any rights to use them beyond using the service itself.

Aisle is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
