Fly with two bodies, three lenses, one wireless kit, one laptop, and every battery in your carry-on. Assume the venue has 220V + no reliable card slot, and offload each night before you sleep.

Conditions

What the venue actually gives you.

Lighting
Whatever the destination gives you. Mediterranean beach, Tuscan vineyard, Mexican hacienda, Bali garden. Bring polarizer + VND.
Movement
Language + culture may restrict what you can film. Ask the planner about local ceremony traditions in advance.
Audio
Bilingual ceremonies mean the officiant may switch languages. Get subtitles for the edit.
Timing
3–4 day event, not one wedding day. Welcome dinner + rehearsal + ceremony + farewell brunch.
