Quick answer
Inside the event, open Vendor Collections, add each vendor (planner, venue, florist, DJ, photographer, baker, etc.), tag their relevant clips, and Aisle publishes a private branded mini-gallery to each one. Every gallery includes your studio handle and a 'Hire this creator' link.
Before you begin
Prerequisites
- A published gallery from a completed wedding.
- Names and email addresses of the wedding's primary vendors (planner, venue, florist, DJ, photographer minimum).
- Your studio branding configured in Settings → Brand.
You'll walk away with
- Each vendor receives their own branded mini-gallery within hours of the wedding.
- Every clip vendors share online carries your watermark and a link back to your studio.
- You generate 8–12 referral conversations per wedding, on average.
The wedding is the product. The vendor network is the distribution channel.
Every wedding you shoot involves 8–12 vendors who all want the same thing you do: content that proves their craft. When you deliver it to them — branded, gift-wrapped, and ready to post — you become the creator they recommend by name to every couple they meet.
Vendor Collections turns this from a manual export job into a one-tap publish, built into the same event you already created.
Set up the collections
- 1Open the event → Vendor Collections → Add Vendor.
- 2Add each vendor by name, role, email and (optionally) Instagram handle.
- 3Tag clips by role as you publish — Aisle suggests tags automatically from venue, floral and detail shots.
- 4Tap Publish to Vendors. Each vendor receives an email with their private branded gallery link.

- 1Vendor roster — add or import the wedding's full vendor list.
- 2Auto-tagging — Aisle suggests which clips belong in each collection.
- 3Branded preview — each vendor sees your studio mark plus their own logo.
- 4Hire link — every vendor gallery includes a clear way to book you.
What each vendor receives
A private gallery URL with only the clips relevant to their craft — the florist sees the centrepieces and bouquet, not the first dance. The DJ sees the dance floor and reception entrance, not the ceremony.
Every gallery is co-branded: your studio mark in the header, the vendor's logo in the footer, and a clear 'Created by [your studio]' attribution on every clip downloaded or shared. The gallery includes a one-line 'Hire this creator' link that resolves to your studio page.
Vendors are not buying anything. You are giving them content they would otherwise pay a separate creator to produce. That generosity is what turns them into a referral channel.
Turning collections into referrals
Within 48 hours, most vendors will post at least one clip to their own social. Each post carries your handle in the caption and your watermark on the clip. Couples who see those posts and click through land on your studio page.
Once a quarter, export Vendor Collections analytics (Settings → Analytics → Vendor Reach) to see which vendors shared the most. Send them a thank-you note. They will keep sharing.
Common mistakes
- Sending every vendor the full gallery. Curation is the gift; the dump is just homework for them.
- Forgetting to brand the vendor gallery. An un-branded share is a missed referral.
- Treating vendor delivery as a post-wedding task. The collections should publish on the same day as the couple's drop, while the wedding is still trending in their feed.
- Pricing vendor collections as an add-on. They should be included — they are your distribution, not your product.
Pro tips
- Pre-build a vendor roster template in Settings — for venues you shoot often, the roster is the same every time.
- Include the wedding planner's logo first in the footer. They book the most weddings; they should feel celebrated first.
- Add a 90-second Story Mode reel to each vendor gallery. It is the asset they are most likely to repost.
- Send the vendor email within 24 hours of the wedding. The shorter the gap, the higher the post-rate.
Best practices
- 1Build a 'Vendor Welcome' template inside Settings → Templates so every collection email reads in your voice.
- 2Track which vendors generated bookings inside your CRM. Tag those vendors as priority partners and invite them to your annual creator dinner.
- 3Once per quarter, publish a public 'Top Vendor Network' page on your studio site featuring the partners who shared the most. It deepens the loop.
Troubleshooting
If something goes wrong
A vendor didn't receive their gallery email.
Open Vendor Collections → tap the vendor → Resend. Confirm their email is correct and not bouncing in Settings → Deliverability.
A vendor wants high-res downloads.
Toggle Allow Downloads on their collection — it does not affect the couple's gallery.
Auto-tagging missed obvious clips.
Long-press any clip → Tag Vendor. The next event's auto-tagging will learn from the correction.
The 'Hire this creator' link points to the wrong page.
Update your studio URL in Settings → Brand → Hire Link. The change propagates to all live vendor collections within minutes.

Will the couple see the vendor collections?

Can I retroactively add a vendor to a past wedding?

Is there a limit to the number of vendors per event?
No. Add as many vendors as the wedding had. Each gets their own private gallery.
Do vendor collections count toward my plan limit?
No. Vendor collections are part of the parent event and included on every paid plan.
