Same-day delivery doesn't fail at the reception. It fails in the 24 hours before the wedding — a forgotten charger, an unconfirmed gallery link, a venue WiFi password no one tested.
This playbook removes those variables. Run it the day before every wedding. It takes 20 minutes and prevents the three most common failure modes we see in production: dead batteries at golden hour, broken share links sent in panic, and uploads stalled on venue networks no one tested.
T-24h: the night before
- 1Open the event in Aisle and confirm the couple's names, date and venue are correct.
- 2Tap Share → copy the gallery link and send it to the couple with a short welcome message.
- 3Charge: iPhone, backup phone, AirPods (for hands-free direction), and your hotspot.
- 4Format any SD cards you'll use as overflow. Empty your phone's camera roll to at least 50GB free.
- 5Queue your three highlight templates (Getting Ready, Ceremony, First Dance) inside Story Mode so they're one-tap on the day.

T-3h: arrival at the venue
- 1Walk the venue. Test upload speed in three locations: getting-ready suite, ceremony space, reception.
- 2Note the strongest cellular zone (usually outside, near the entrance).
- 3If venue WiFi is required, get the password and connect both devices now — not in the middle of the ceremony.
- 4Open Aisle, tap the event, and run a single 5-second test clip upload. Confirm it appears in the gallery.
- 5Send a status note to the couple: 'I'm on-site, gallery is live, link is in your inbox.' One sentence, total reassurance.
T-0: capture mode
When the day starts, your readiness work is done. You are not configuring software. You are not formatting cards. You are not testing networks. You are capturing — and Aisle is publishing in the background while you do.

- Creating the event on wedding morning. Always create it the night before.

Troubleshooting
If something goes wrong
Upload test fails at the venue.
Switch to cellular, run the test again. If still failing, enable Aisle's offline queue from Settings → Upload — clips will sync when signal returns.
Share link not received by the couple.
Resend from Share → Copy → text. Confirm the couple's number is correct in the event settings.
App won't open at the venue.
Force-quit and reopen. If still stuck, sign out and back in — your event and queued uploads are stored in the cloud, nothing is lost.
iPhone storage filled mid-day.
Open Aisle → Settings → Optimize Storage. Already-uploaded clips are moved to the cloud and removed locally, freeing space instantly.
