Quick answer
Open the event and stay in Moments. Create a moment for each part of the day, drag media in, reorder with the section manager, and choose a hero. Each moment can then take its own layout in the Design Studio.
Quick steps
- 1.Open the event → Moments.
- 2.Add a moment per part of the day.
- 3.Drag media in, then reorder moments.
- 4.Choose a hero moment and set titles and intros.

Sections in Aisle are called moments — Getting Ready, First Look, Ceremony, Reception. They're the unit the gallery, the layouts and the couple's review are all built on.
Create a moment
- 1Open the event and stay in Moments.
- 2Add a moment and name it after the part of the day.
- 3Drag media into it — items can be moved between moments at any time.
- 4Add a one-line intro if the moment needs context.
Order and hero
- 1Use the section manager to reorder moments by dragging.
- 2Hide a moment to keep it out of the couple's gallery without deleting anything.
- 3Mark one moment as the hero — it leads the gallery.
Common mistakes
- Too many moments — three to five is the sweet spot.
- Leaving a moment untitled.
Pro tips
- A First Look moment near the top measurably increases time spent in the gallery.
- Chronological order works, but leading with the strongest moment works better.
Best practices
- 1Name moments the way the couple talks about the day.
- 2Hide rather than delete when you're unsure.
