Before you begin
Prerequisites
- A designed gallery with media marked Ready
You'll walk away with
- Pass the readiness check
- Send a gallery you'd put your name on
Delivery is the moment your work is judged, and the failures are always small: one clip still processing, one poster left on a black frame, a draft that was never published.
The readiness check
- 1Uploads complete — nothing Uploading or Failed.
- 2Processing complete — every item Ready.
- 3Posters set — no clip left on an automatic weak frame.
- 4Sections ordered and titled, with a hero chosen.
- 5Design published — the draft is not ahead of live.
Handoff
Send the gallery link with a short personal note. Couples open on a phone, usually within minutes, and usually with family around them.
Downloads are per item, per section, or all originals at once. Downloading everything runs sequentially so a phone or laptop can keep up.
On iPhoneDownloading all originals is best done on a desktop; phones handle large batches poorly.
After delivery
Watch the Review panel for favourites and notes, action a single revision round, then ask for the referral while the gallery is still being shared.
Common mistakes
- Sending before Processing finishes, so the couple sees spinners.
- Forgetting to publish the design after a late edit.
Pro tips
- Deliver the first wave before the reception ends — that's the buzz window.
- Include one favourite clip inline in your message so the couple opens immediately.
Best practices
- 1Run the check on the venue's network, not at home.
- 2Keep one gallery link for the whole wedding — never send a second URL.
Troubleshooting
If something goes wrong
The check won't clear
It names the blocking item; open it and fix in place.
The couple sees an older design
Publish the draft, then have them refresh.
Download all originals stalled
Retry on a desktop browser; downloads run sequentially and resume.
