Delivering Wedding Content

Delivering a gallery

Run the delivery pre-flight check, publish the design and put a live gallery in the couple's hands.

You'll deliver a gallery that's fully processed, designed and published.

Quick answer

Open the event, clear the delivery readiness check, publish the design, then send the gallery link. The link is permanent — clips you add later appear in the same gallery.

Quick steps

  1. 1.Open the event → Delivery.
  2. 2.Clear the readiness check.
  3. 3.Publish the design if the draft is ahead of live.
  4. 4.Copy the gallery link and send it with a short note.

Full walkthrough with screens below.

Every event has one permanent gallery link. As media finishes processing it appears in the gallery the couple already has, so there is no final export and no second URL.

Before you send

  1. 1Open the event and switch to Delivery.
  2. 2Clear the readiness check — uploads complete, everything Ready, posters set, sections ordered.
  3. 3Publish the design if the publish bar says the draft is ahead of live.
  1. 1Copy the gallery link, or send it straight from the Delivery panel.
  2. 2Add one line of context — couples open on a phone, usually with family nearby.
  3. 3Ask them to heart their favourites; it becomes your brief for the highlight edit.

Common mistakes

  • Sending while clips are still processing, so the couple sees spinners.
  • Forgetting to publish after a late design edit.
  • Sending a second link instead of adding to the original gallery.

Pro tips

  • Send the first wave before the reception ends — that's the referral window.
  • Send the link the night before with a welcome cover so it's already in their thread.

Troubleshooting

If something goes wrong

The couple sees an older design

Publish the draft, then ask them to refresh.

A clip is missing

Check the upload queue for Processing or Failed and retry.
