A Support Hub built around the wedding day

Search, tag filters and in-product help that knows which screen you're on.

Why we built it

The problem, in plain terms

Help is only useful at the moment something goes wrong — usually at a venue, on a phone, with minutes to spare. Browsing categories was too slow for that.

What's new

Everything in this release

  • Live search across every guide, with instant results
  • Ten tag filters including Uploads, Venue Wi-Fi, iPhone, Thumbnails and Delivery
  • At-the-venue triage on the hub homepage
  • Contextual Help menus inside Upload and the Design Studio
  • Rewritten product guides that match what actually shipped

How it works

The short version

Type what's happening — 'venue wifi', 'upload paused', 'thumbnail' — and the hub filters as you type. Inside the app, the Help menu in the header shows the guides relevant to the screen you're on.

Where to find it — Support Hub, plus the Help menu in Upload and the Design Studio header.

Before and after

What changed for you

Before

Browse categories until you find something close.

Now

Type two words, or open Help from the screen you're already on.

Built because creators asked

What we heard

  • Creators needed an answer in seconds during an event, not a category tree
  • Some guides described older versions of the product

What we did: Search and tags landed on the hub homepage, and the product guides were rewritten against the shipped product.

Themes are summarised from creator conversations and feature requests — not attributed quotes.

Where this goes

Planned work connected to this release — shaped by the roadmap, not a delivery promise.

  • Offline venue guides
