Before you leave the studio.

Storage & space

Make room before the day starts.

  • Phone has at least 64GB free
  • Old projects offloaded or archived
  • iCloud / Google Photos sync paused
  • Aisle app updated to the latest version
  • Logged into the correct studio account

Venue internet

Plan for weak Wi-Fi.

  • Asked the planner for venue Wi-Fi details
  • 5G/4G coverage checked at the venue address
  • Hotspot tested as a backup
  • Aisle background upload enabled
  • Know how to switch upload network mid-event

Gallery preparation

Set up before you arrive.

  • Event created in Aisle with date and couple names
  • Cover image and branding applied
  • Privacy and download settings confirmed
  • Sections / chapters drafted for the timeline
  • Test gallery viewed on phone and desktop

Same-day delivery

Ship before the last dance.

  • Delivery template ready (email / DM copy)
  • Couple's preferred channel confirmed
  • Auto-deliver enabled where appropriate
  • Highlight reel queued for first export
  • Backup share method ready (link, AirDrop)

Referrals & follow-up
